COVID-19 Update

As the UK emerges from the recent lockdown, our thought turn to everyone who has lost loved ones to this horrible disease and to everyone around the UK and the world that continues to be affected.

From a business stand point, we are slowly returning something that resembles normality but in order to practice proper social distancing, we are restricting office based activity to around 50% capacity with colleagues continuing to work from home where possible.

We will also be starting to offer limited onsite installation and training services from the 6th of July for UK based customers, following all social distancing and local lockdown rules and assuming it is safe to do so. Overseas travel remains a challenge so for now we are not able to offer onsite services outside  of the UK.

Whist most of out team have returned to work, we still have a few colleagues from the technical team that are working part time (for child care reasons) so we ask for your continued patience with support response times, we are working as fast as we can to answer all your questions.

Finally, we hope that you are able to stay safe and well during this uncertain time and if you are feeling unwell, we wish you a fast and full recovery.
