Our team will now process your order and provision your selected Web Services.
This process does involve some manual steps and testing so can take 1-2 business days but we will endeavour to get your subscription running as soon as possible.
We will contact you as soon as your order is processed to advise you on the next steps.
If you chose to cancel your order, we will process your payment refund within 1-2 working days. Funds may take an additional 3-4 working days to return to your account.

What happens next?
Once we have received your Web Services order confirmation, our team will provision your selected service and send you a 'welcome email' detailing how to access and use your service, as soon as it is available. Most services (streaming, websites & Alexa skills, Myriad Anywhere) should only take 1-2 working days to activate but mobile apps do require some additional information to complete the build and additional time to submit your apps to Apple and Google app stores. If you have ordered mobile apps, a member of our team will be in touch to request some additional information.
